HikerKit Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to your use of HikerKit.

App Purpose
HikerKit helps users plan hiking gear, manage gear lists, create trips, review gear weight and value, and export or share trip charts. HikerKit is a planning tool only. It does not provide professional outdoor safety, medical, rescue, weather, navigation, or survival advice.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of gear weights, prices, and trip information, making safe outdoor decisions, preparing for weather and terrain, and reviewing exported content before sharing it. Do not rely on HikerKit as the sole source for safety-critical decisions.
User Data
You retain responsibility for the data you enter into HikerKit. The app stores data locally on your device. Once you export or share data, it may be handled by the apps, services, or people you choose to share it with.
In-App Purchase
HikerKit offers an optional in-app purchase called HikerKit Pro. HikerKit Pro unlocks unlimited trips. Purchases, refunds, billing, and payment issues are handled according to Apple's policies and your App Store account settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse HikerKit, interfere with the app, bypass purchase restrictions, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws.
Availability, Disclaimer, and Liability
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of HikerKit from time to time. HikerKit is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HikerKit and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
