Where can I download SHANVOR apps?

Each product page includes its App Store download link. You can also open Products from the navigation and choose MetaKit, HikerKit, or ShootKit.

Do SHANVOR apps require an account?

The current products are designed around local workflows and do not require a SHANVOR account for normal use.

Does MetaKit upload my original photos or videos?

No. MetaKit does not operate a SHANVOR media cloud. When you run AI analysis, it sends compressed images or sampled video frames to the AI provider you choose.

How should I report a bug?

Email gaoxiangsoft@163.com with the product name, app version, device or system version, a short description, and screenshots or screen recordings if possible.

Can I request a feature?

Yes. Send the use case, product name, and why it matters to your workflow. Practical field-tested requests are especially helpful.

Where are the privacy policies and terms?
