App Purpose
ShootKit helps creators plan photography trips, shot lists, scripts, equipment, locations, and practical field calculations. ShootKit is a planning and reference tool only. It does not provide professional safety, legal, business, weather, navigation, or production advice.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your plans, creative decisions, field safety, location access, legal permissions, model or property releases, and the accuracy of any information you enter or export. Do not rely on ShootKit as the sole source for safety-critical or business-critical decisions.
User Data
You retain responsibility for the data you enter into ShootKit. Once you export or share data, it may be handled by the apps, services, or people you choose to share it with.
Purchases and Availability
ShootKit may offer optional in-app purchases through Apple. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of ShootKit from time to time and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer and Liability
ShootKit is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShootKit and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
