MetaKit is licensed, not sold. Subject to the applicable App Store license terms and these terms, you may use MetaKit on Apple devices associated with your Apple Account to manage metadata for media you have the right to access.

MetaKit Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of MetaKit.

Your Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for your media, metadata, releases, copyright, privacy rights, and the accuracy of every submission to a stock marketplace. AI-generated content is a draft for review and does not guarantee marketplace acceptance, search ranking, licensing suitability, or sales performance.
Your AI Provider Account
You provide and control your API key, provider account, model choice, usage limits, and charges. MetaKit is not responsible for provider availability, model output, provider policies, or provider charges.
Exports and Platform Rules
Export templates help prepare metadata. Stock marketplaces may change fields, categories, review rules, upload procedures, and acceptance criteria. Review exported files and current platform requirements before submission.
Trial and Purchase
MetaKit may offer a 14-day full-feature trial and a one-time Pro unlock through the App Store. Trial access does not automatically convert into a paid purchase. Purchases and refunds are handled according to Apple's applicable terms.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
